Dans notre bibliographie nous avons classé les articles et les ouvrages utilisés pendant notre recherche en fonction des principaux thèmes qui sont développés dans cette étude. L'élaboration d'une bibliographie structurée par thème n'est pas sans poser quelques problèmes, car certains livres traitent souvent de plusieurs thèmes simultanément de sorte qu'il a fallu à l'occasion faire des choix qui pourront paraître arbitraires à certains égards. Cette procédure a en outre l'inconvénient de disperser les auteurs en fonction des différents thèmes traités dans leurs œuvres. Enfin cette bibliographie ne prétend pas être systémique pour chacun des thèmes de classification ; nous n'avons réuni ici que les œuvres qui ont été de quelque utilité dans la conception et la rédaction de cet ouvrage.
